Electrek is reporting the Cybertruck will advance over the competition in another way -- its towing interface. The Cybertruck will include a payload and towing calculator.

With the adjustable suspension, it would be cool if there was a function that would automatically find the hitch and attach the truck for you.

Tesla claims it will...one way that could be achieved is the system prompting you with a recommended speed for max range. Aerodynamics greatly affects the range of an electric vehicle, and that aerodynamic profile is changed dramatically with a load. The system could prompt you to maintain a speed of 59 miles per hour to ensure 30 more miles of range...or something like that. Or if the towed load is not that significant, maybe the system will recommend 67 mph for example. Many people recognize in general that they can save fuel/range by driving at a lower speed...but many people also do not recognize the fact, and even if they do, it would be helpful to have the system compute the recommended speed dynamically.
