How Much Will Tesla Cybertruck Insurance Cost?

2683 Views 2 Replies 3 Participants Last post by  repo4sale
Insurance for the Tesla Cybertruck will average around $400 a month, more expensive than similarly priced vehicles (+$40,000). Tesla does offer a competitive insurance plan with up to 30% lower rates in some cases. But overall, most Cybertruck owners should be prepared to pay more. All of this is according to current estimates.

What does everyone else think we should expect?
Should we take these initial estimates seriously?

I have a $35k GMC Sierra 1500 and my insurance is only $120/mo with Geico for full coverage in Texas. Although possible, I doubt it will be that much.
$400/month? WTF!!!! $5000/year is 9% a year for insurance!!

I'm out if it's that much!

I'm paying $150 month for a 2015 2500 Ram 4door 4x4 Cummins diesel 6speed 10,500lb truck.
