If my math is correct, $6 billion is enough to hold them out till money really starts pouring in from vehicle sales.
Rivian raises $2.5 billion in additional funding
Rivian has received a massive financial boost with $2.5 billion in funding from the likes of T. Rowe Price Associates, Soros Fund Management, Coatue, Fidelity Management and Research Company, and Baron Capital Group. Along with existing shareholders Amazon and BlackRock.
They've now raised about $6 billion to date, let's see if they'll be able to reach production next year.
